A lakeside home stood empty from August to October. We checked it weekly, ran the garden crew — and when a storm lifted roof tiles, had repairs quoted, approved and completed, insurer handled, photos in the owners' inbox before they asked.
Zug ZG · Relocation
Registration, permits, health insurance, utilities and two vehicle imports incl. inspection — completed within three weeks of arrival. The family signed eleven documents; we prepared every one of them.

05 — About Quarto Private
Quarto Private takes its name from the Lake of the Four Cantons — Lucerne, Uri, Schwyz and Nidwalden — the lake we call home. Today we serve all of Central Switzerland, from Zug to Obwalden.
We are a small, professional team with long-standing experience in property, construction and administration. Every mandate is prepared properly, executed personally and documented in full — the way you would do it yourself, if you had the time.
We stay deliberately small. You deal with people who know your household — not a ticket queue.
06 — Questions
Keys are stored coded, with no address attached, and every handover is logged. You can revoke access at any time.
Yes — professional liability coverage is included on every assignment, from a single errand to a full renovation.
Single assignments have none. Ongoing assistance runs for an initial three months, then continues monthly.
Every request receives a written proposal with a fixed scope and price before we start. Expenses are passed on at cost; travel is itemised transparently.
Discretion is the default — we never reference clients by name. A written confidentiality agreement is available on request.
Our home region is Lucerne, Zug, Schwyz, Uri, Nid- and Obwalden. For existing clients we regularly handle matters elsewhere in Switzerland.
